I have the experience needed to take your resume to the next level. If you have a question that wasn’t answered below, please don’t hesitate to contact me and ask.

How does the process work?

Ideally, I always prefer to start with a review of any existing resumes that you may have, even if you think they’re terrible! It gives me a good idea of the starting point and helps to frame our initial discussion. Following that, I conduct a 1-hour phone interview, during which I ask lots of questions about your background, skills, and experience. I take extensive notes during our conversation and ask targeted behavioral questions to get you talking so that I can get to know you and work with you on defining your personal brand.

When is payment due?

I do not begin working on your resume until I receive your payment and an executed Client Agreement.

When are you available?

I typically have a 1-2 week waiting list for new projects, which will be indicated when you initially contact me to schedule. I am available only via email on evenings and weekends and conduct phone interviews during the following hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am to 4pm EST, Friday: 9am to 1pm EST.

When will I receive first drafts?

First drafts are sent within 2 weeks of our interview and receipt of payment. Like my clients, I take time off on weekends and most bank-recognized holidays, so typically these days will extend the delivery time. In every instance, I do attempt to deliver ahead of schedule but often require ample time to ensure that the final result is high quality and meets your expectations.

How do revisions work?

We review the resume together and I make all requested changes. Following that , I send out for proofing and quality control. This process must be completed within 2 weeks following delivery of first draft. Exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances.

What happens if I don’t like my resume?

Mine is a service business, and while my clients’ expectations are met above and beyond in 99% of interactions, I do include revisions so that we can make all the necessary adjustments to your resume. I have 5-star reviews all over the web that serve as a testament to the level of service I provide, and to my success in helping clients land interviews.

Do you guarantee I will find a job?

No. There are no guarantees in life that don’t come with strings attached. What I do guarantee is a customized, targeted resume and a pleasant interaction. I don’t hide behind emails and do go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction on every project I undertake.
